I have used you for some time but have stopped since my last experience. I refer to your invoice PB160310-LV91848 which was dated 10-03-2016 and I received a 'despatched' email accordingly. As your packets routinely do not pass through my letter box I wasted much time on many days waiting for delivery. The goods did not arrive until 22 March. That is unacceptable and reduces your value to me. If there were problems in delivery at your end I would have expected notification. I do not believe it will be a fault with Royal Mail who make final delivery to me
