I had some problems with the first delivery - the package looked like it had taken some rough treatment and the first cartridge leaked. The second cartridge in the delivery showed an "nearly empty " sign on my Canon MX535 printer. I reported this to Printer Basics - They promptly replaced the two cartridges - with no fuss. The second 'nearly empty' cartridge is still working - this makes me think that perhaps the message is linked to software set-ups - so that my printer is giving me a deceptive reading of ink levels in compatible cartridges. We shall see - at the moment Printer Basics product is still running well and to be honest I was quite disappointed with the short life of my initial Canon cartridges- thats why I switched to Printer basics. If the cartridges continue performing well, I'll be able to upgrade my Good Rating to Very Good. Derek Glick
