I have been buying my ink cartridges from printer basics for some time and their email cartridges are pretty good.recently I ordered a pair of black and colour cartridges and by mistake I ordered wrong ones. After some deliberation I contacted them and explained what I had done. I was amazed at the best customer service I received.I got replacement without any cost only paid the difference and the staff was very polite friendly and guided me .wow what a 5 star experience.
