Really disappointed with the product.
It arrived on time. I put it in the printer last week and printed off 3 sheets of A4.
Now it's saying the black cartridge is empty.
We don't use our printer much. The last cartridges lasted well over a year.
Do I need to phone you Monday to discuss this.?
