"1. The prices are competitive\r\n2. They are customer focussed. For eg there are occasions when the perishing cartridge won't work . . . I have experienced this a few times. They stick to their promise and guarantee their cartridges for 2 years. If a cartridge doesn't work, they don't quibble but send you a replacement. I have never experienced any bother with Printer Basics and will continue to buy their cartridges when they treat me well. "
