Except for one isolated faulty cartridge over many years I have purchased cartridges from PB for both my printers, which have been sent quickly and have been of very high quality. The faulty one was replaced quickly and without question, and I was sent a post free returns envelope without delay. Prices are good too, which means I will continue to purchase from PB for my future needs.
