Having had a few generic toner cartridges at a really excellent price from Printer Basics I recently purchased a "look alike" replacement drum for my printer. I then had a problem installing it so I emailed their support team. They were very helpful and resolved all quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I now feel I have got a very good bargain yet again. Thanks to all!
