We ordered a batch of funeral booklets from Louise and she was very accommodating in designing them as we requested, and making several rounds of edits to the booklets to make sure we were happy with the final product. She went out of her way to provide an excellent final product, and to deliver the booklets for the date and time we required. I would certainly use her service again.
