Ordered 7th September for next day delivery - never arrived.
Rang numerous times but no answer. No reply to emails.
Managed to speak to someone who advised he was only a temp and the order was still showing as pending so he was going to speak to someone and call me back - Never happened!
Emailed again today(20th Sept) explaining the situation again and finally got a standard reply saying "apologies about the delay, I will process the refund today"
First time placing an order, will not use this company again.
