I have had similar experiences to other readers reviews. Even though there was no option to send STOP, I did it anyway. I received a message back immediately saying:-
"All competition subscriptions on this shortcode are now cancelled and no further messages will be sent. Customer services:03301340181"
I will see if I get another one next week! Watch this space and I will let you know if this has worked.
