I have been a regular customer for approx 7 years. My latest order was placed on 10 Feb. It is now 23 Feb and I am yet to receive it. Despite calling several times, leaving a voicemail (the phone NEVER gets answered) and an email, I have heard nothing from the Company. This is extremely disappointing. I have waited patiently to give the Company a chance to respond, but Ive heard nothing. Hence, I am now leaving this review.
