My husband and I have just started using this product though I have used their distilled water for some months with a medical supplement. I have found them to be both efficient and extremely helpful any time I phoned for advice. Alan is charming and always able to answer my queries with kindness and understanding which helps this 80 year old greatly. I shall send other reviews as my use continues. I am expecting great things as I have used many products and never yet come up with any that offers so much.
