No answer when you phone. No reply when you email. Chat switched off. Ordered boots and chose next day delivery, extra paid for that service. Get told, in an email, it's being packed. When I ask why it hasn't arrived (when the chat was actually on for a change) get told that the boots are out of stock. But apparently I can't be refunded on the postage charge because it means next day from when they are in stock - not next day from when I ordered!! How does this company survive? For all the hassle and stress I'd recommend paying the little bit extra and avoid this company like the plague. Would give 0 stars if I could.
