My first order with Pro Tiler Tools and fantastic service by them. Whoever packed them needs a pay rise! I ordered 4 (very heavy) tubs of ProJoint products, each one had the the lids taped down, then individually bubble wrapped & sealed with tape. Each one then packed in a separate box with additional bubble wrap and all arrived in perfect condition the following day! It's nice to see a company care about the packaging and customer service.
