I really don't like doing this but the fact that no one is responding to me and refunding me (for an item that was not delivered but was paid for) for more than a month has made me feel very irritated. The product is great, the customer support, not so much at all. I've sent multiple emails and Instagram messages and not even one response has reached me. Very disappointed becayse I love their products.
