After taking one Basic tablet a day for approximately two months I can honestly say the difference in my bowel habits are amazing. For the first time ever I have had a bowel movement at least once a day. Initially I had some stomach cramping and diarrhoea, but that has now gone away.
I am astounded at the difference the tablets have made in such a short time.
