In my experience, they are very ineffective and unreliable.
It's been really difficult to use the app and site due to poor functioning and unresponsive assistance.
I lost all of my money to them, thus I am in complete chaos overall. I was able to somewhat recoup through TONELIMITED.COM, but not completely.
