The package was delivered to the pick up shop very quickly at 2.35 p.m. on Saturday 16th August but I was unable to take possession then as Collect Plus had not sent me the verification code which the shop needed and I was unable to contact them.
Projector Planet supplied the code to me on the following Monday morning on receipt of which I was able to pick up my projector. Collect Plus's communication failure slightly spoilt what would have otherwise been an excellent service.
