Fast Hassle free service using the online overnight pre 12pm service!
BUT...
The two times I called the people on the phone were rude and gave me less info than was easily available on the website - it was the 'pre-purchase hotline' but I had the feeling that if I wasn't buying they wanted to get rid of me (even thought we never got to that). Classic commission based sales people stuff and if the site wasn't easy to use I would have gone straight somewhere else!
Aside from this I'm very happy with the product.
