We sent two proline BT-1 breathalysers for recalibration which was a simple exercise with help from the website. The units were returned promptly and looked like new. Very happy with the service.
Did a test on each unit and found that one unit was reading 0.01 higher than the other. Not sure if this was an aberration but will try again next time we imbibe.
