I've used the Proov progesterone strips for YEARS now (pretty much since their Kickstarter Days!) and their LH strips more recently. Their LH strips are SO much more reliable than the cheapies on other shopping sites, so I found I didn't need to use as many! Plus, their PdG strips have reliably helped me determine if I had a "good" ovulation, whether my intent was to achieve or avoid pregnancy. Can't wait to try the BRAND NEW complete kit and the balancing oil soon!
