Proov has been fantastic! I had many issues. It was due to a glitch with the Android users which in turn screwed up my entire cycle. I also was having problems with my camera not capturing lines. One customer support representative would email me personally to fix each concern. They also sent me a testing kit at no charge. I am pleased with the customer service support. Thank you.
