Proov is a great product! I ordered Proov Complete and the instructions for testing were very easy to follow via the app. It provided reminders of when to test and walked through the step-by-step process. Even better, about once a week a member of the Proov team would reach out to check in and ask how things are going. The two times I had questions, someone replied within hours and everyone I interacted with was extremely kind and helpful. The Yo sperm test was also straightforward and easy to use with a useful app. Unfortunately, my results weren't what I would have liked, but I'm so grateful I now have more information I can take to my doctor to discuss next steps.
