I used the upgrade option and it worked well, there could have been a clearer instruction near the end of the process for those who are not computer savvy. The use of the generic key wasn't as clear as it could have been. I substituted it with the key I was given and it didn't work. Use the generic key and then apply the new key at the end of the process and it worked. I recommend this company as one I will use again in the future.
