I hesitated to rate this purchase as I found my first attempt to load the software onto 2 new laptops somewhat confusing. That said, once I had re-read the instructions again and removed all of the tucked away Microsoft 365 programs it loaded easily. I purchased a third copy for my own PC so that I could get rid of 365 and this time I sailed through the process.
