Absolutely fine. Some of their previous reviews worried me, but I had no problems other than I did not restart my computer after uninstalling Office - that was my fault and they got back to me within 24 hours to let me know what to do and sent me a link to make sure I was on the right track. So for me, I am perfectly happy with their service.
