We were initially concerned about using a quick house buying company due to all the scary stories we’d read online and were given by high street estate agents, we tried the auction route first but as we needed a quick sale we contacted 3 house buying companies who all contacted us several times a day and pressured us relentlessly, they offered high prices then dropped the price twice, we’d almost given up when I found ‘Property Solvers’ in a list of ‘the best house buying companies’ I was given a price and this price did not change, I dealt with James & Jane who were lovely, very professional but helpful and friendly. I only received calls and emails when they needed something and they were always there when I needed advice. We completed the sale at a time that suited us. I highly recommend Property Solvers. X
