Very bad customer service. I was quite happy with my laser and microdermabrasion package until now, even if after 6 sessions some hair is still there.
They have apparently closed the clinic I was going to, left a voice message to cancel my appointement and since then it's impossible to get hold of them. There is no email on their website and the phone is always busy. I have left voice messages but no one called me back.
