The procedure was explained clearly and warnings about possible reactions. I was given paperwork to read in my own time as well which is useful as a reminder of preparation in advance of the treatment.
Treatment has been effective so far and dealt with by helpful and friendly staff who have been sensitive to my needs.
I would recommend them.
