On my first visit for facial hair laser treatment I was nervous. Fiona was very understanding and adjusted the cold air pressure accordingly. She talked me through the treatment step by step it was done in no time. I have found all the staff pleasant and reassuring when talking in person or on the phone. I would happily recommend this clinic.
