I am a student doctor, and I purchased treatments in advance amounting to nearly £2000 because of the ' good reviews' that I read.
My circumstances changed and I had to go to the US to complete my study. This company refused to give me a refund or even a partial refund because of 'company policy' - a policy that, in my opinion was not made clear to me at the start or else, Alas, me as a student doctor would not have made such a sacrifice.
In my opinion, any company who clearly has the interests of their clientele at heart should be able to allow for special circumstances lest be reduced to another money-grabbing institution.
I felt robbed and taken for granted as a customer. I felt like a client number rather than a person. No amount of good treatments and services matter if you are not able to feel Like you are respected as an individual.
This is merely my personal experience but I hope it cautions someone out there.
When I return my patronage will certainly go to another company that does not shock or 'lock- in' clients in this manner.
Kind Regards
