This is a small publisher with a specialised list. I ordered directly from them. The service was efficient and prompt. If you are interested in the history of food this is a place to go to. Also, there are more practical books on offer, with recipes. This includes advice on how to handle the inevitable annual glut of courgettes! The web site is a good read in itself with a distinctive personal character to it.
