I did actually receive the rugby shirt I ordered after nearly a month's wait and several emails from them apologising for the delay. However, it was too large and I requested an exchange. That was a month ago and I've heard nothing from them. You can't get through to them on the phone and emails bounce back. Avoid at all costs.
