We have a faulty fire alarm.
We reported the fault some time ago and have been given many excuses for the engineers failure to arrive.
We have had the fire service called out and they believe we are not we have an incorrect installation.
Today the fire alarm has sounded with phone calls twice. An enginer on phoned and instructed me on how to disconnect the alarm. The alarm sounded AGAIN at 4am.
