Like the previous post, I was with Protect My Property (previously Dyno Systems) for 10+ years. No notification that it was taken over by ADT. Telephoned ADT that I have an issue only to be told ADT have no contract in my name, I even sent the invoice to prove i am still in contract!
ADT only do monitored systems now which mine wasn't. Says it all really...only chose the systems they wanted.
Have written to directors of Protect My Property, ADT and M Group Services. Good luck
