Was happy with PMP until they went out of business and ADT took over on 7th Feb 2024. ADT wanted to bring cherry picker to my house to get to bell box at height of 5.5mm. I was told its due to health & safety issues and don't want their engineer's climbing ladders so they bring cherry picker at cost of £250 which customer has to pay. According to HSE, its safe to work off ladders up to height of 9m without requiring a platform. I then requested to be removed from monthly maintenance and monitoring contract which was done and I am no longer with ADT. I now find myself in sticky situation where it is difficult to remove myself from iCloud as this can only come from PMP and even ADT can't remove me from Icloud. As far as I am concerned, all the customer's who have been taken over by ADT are in similar situation where ADT cannot unleash ex PMP customers from iCloud.
