I was with PMP for over 15 years since it took over from previous company, was very happy until they went down last year.My problems started when new company ADT took over and wanted £250 to bring cherry picker down to my house, they don't allow their engineers to climb ladders. I had no choice but to get rid of them. Then I appointed another company to take over, this company was finding reasons to ask for more & more money. I have now got rid of them too. I wish PMP goes back in business and I will be the first one to take up their reliable services once again! Mike
