Absolutely recommend. The sheer physical exhaustion eased within 3 days. 9 days later, I am 60% back to my old bantering self. Wish I had discovered this amazing product 16 months ago - before a nightly diet of 4 hours of fragmented sleep and a daily minimum of 6 hours (down from a daily minimum of 20 hours until 4 months ago) of rocking a 13 kg pre-toddler took its severe toll.
