In the psgo platform there was a problem and they charged me twice for an order of € 411, I have many emails exchanged with them where they admit the error and that they will refund the money, but that 40 days later has not happened yet. They have a customer service that appears to answer you after many days, it makes me think that they have not invested enough in workers who dedicate their time to help the customer and solve incidents. That's a big mistake.
