Was told after applying for loan someone would be out but after 10 days I had to find out when then was told he would call day before I really needed it but I again had to make contact with agent then he texted saying he was fired and as a result I didn’t get loan in time had to borrow of friend. Finally got sorted with excellent agent and happy with his customer service.
