The only point I would like to make is the employee I contacted via phone to make a payment on Friday 08 May 2015, reference number *personal info removed by Feefo* by the name of Shabs, was not overly friendly on the phone. Other employees from 1800 553 083, e.g. Chloe, Aimee were very amicable and competent at their job.
