Loan arranged last week, the chap doing the collecting was supposed to come and collect the first payment as arranged on Saturday evening after 6 pm, the chap never showed up to collect the first payment, and he was not contactable. The collectors supervisor came to my house without an appointment on Tuesday and spoke to my wife about the missed payment, he spoke to my wife who did not take out the loan, and has not spoken to me! Payment book and any details relating to the loan has still not arrived.
