I did not receive any calls or emails from their customer support staff throughout the months that my funds were on hold, and they did not allow any withdrawals. This made me realize that many other people must have been deceived by this company, given their evident lack of credibility. Thankfully, after I reached out to A * C * T * I * N * V * S * TL * T * D * COM my account was restored.
