I ordered a pair of shoes. They charged my cards. I never received the shoes. I emailed and complained and got nowhere. I ended up opening a claim with my bank and gave the company a one-star review. Marie from their customer service team requested that I remove the one-star review and Ali, also from their customer service team told me to close the claim with my bank. It appears they are delaying my refund and making this more difficult because I won't concede to their request. Stay away from this company. Do not waste your money. It is a scam for sure.
