Ommgggg I have had the most horrible and painful experience with Public desire!!!!!!!!!!!!! I sent back 3 shoes I had ordered from them as the sizes came in too small, I had to pay for the returns .. They refunded me money for just one item and have refused to send me the money for the other 2 items .. I have sent messages and emails, they requested for proof of the shoes, which I sent to them , yet they have refused to refund me back my 40 pounds … it’s soo sad how they treat customers! I definitely do not recommend them else you want to be frustrated just like me !!!!
