I tried to change my order within 4 minutes of ordering. No one responded to email until the next day where I was informed that my product had already been shipped and there’s nothing they can do. They told me I would have to pay to ship it back. I also asked to speak to someone over the phone and I was told that they do not offer phone support.
Terrible customer service. I do not recommend shopping here.
