I placed an order for my child’s birthday. I never received the order when I reached out I was reassured matter would be resolved in 72 hours a whole week went by and nothing. The person only emails in the late hours in the middle of the night. Horrible customer service. As a first time customer this is a night mare. It seems I’ve been SCAMMED.
