Unfortunately, I couldn't be helped but this company stands by it's name. They credited my account and sent me numerous apologies for not being able to help me. I accidently hit the wrong payment to be able to check 19 records a month for the next year and they stopped everything. Even though it was probably my fault they didn't hold it against me.
