After conversations with my local property appraiser's office, I decided to see what my property records show. Both the property appraiser's personnel as well as the public records personnel have the best customer service I've experienced in years - decades! They are prompt, precise and follow-up after the fact. Thanks don't begin to express my appreciation to both departments.
