Easy to use site, good communication regarding order status. Partuclarly pleased to know when delivery will be. Have ordered several times without issue but sadly I had 9 broken items this time, so the courier have not looked after the delivery very well. Items are being replaced (not yet received) and the problem was dealt with promptly.
